Thank you so much for your business and supporting our small business. All of our products are small batch for quality control. If there is an issue with your product on arrival please contact us using our email in the contact us tab.
If an item arrives damaged we will send you a new one upon you shipping back the damaged one. Or refund you if you do not want a replacement product within a 15 day period.
If a product is used it is not eligible for a return. There are many tutorial videos and in depth reviews of the product. Please take a look at a few of them before you order.
